Shipping and Delivery

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

1. ​Digital goods such as ebooks and audiobooks are delivered instantly by email from BookFunnel. 

2. Print books are printed and shipped by BookVault, a printing company based in the United Kingdom.

3. Other physical merchandize is delivered by shipping by various companies in the United States.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient if you ordered physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Times of delivery of physical products may vary. We make every effort to deliver your product to you in speedy manner.


Your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. These duties are not included in our checkout. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.

A note to Israeli customers: while our business is registered in Israel, books and other physical products are shipped from abroad. Therefore, they may be subject to import duties and taxes as per the laws and regulations of the State of Israel.
